Delivery and Returns
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail Tracked 48, postage cost will be charged to the customer at £3.95 on all orders below £40. Orders over £40 qualify for free delivery except on orders for rail gauges which will be charged to the customer at £18.95 for insurance purposes.
Free delivery for all orders over £40 applies to UK mainland addresses only.
Dispatch and delivery is between Monday and Friday (excluding public holidays). Order before 2pm and we'll aim to dispatch your order the same day, however, should there be a delay CoMech Supplies will be in touch to update you.
You will receive notification by email of your shipment - please check your junk email.
If you require your order Shipping outside of the United Kingdom, please contact CoMech Supplies for a price before placing your order.

At exceptionally busy times like Christmas or in periods of adverse weather conditions, deliveries may be delayed by a day or two beyond normal timescales quoted.
We hope you will be completely satisfied with any product purchased from CoMech Supplies. However, should you wish you can return your order within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund, terms and conditions will apply. Please note if free delivery amount of £40 or above was triggered and items returned are under the free delivery amount of £40 or above then postage cost of £3.95 will be deducted from refund amount. Items must be unused and in an as new condition with all packaging and labels/tags attached. We aim to process returns as soon as possible, however please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed during peak periods.
All returns must be agreed with CoMech Supplies before returning any items. Once return has been agreed you will be issued a return label. Please include customer details and order information to enable us to locate your order and issue your refund.

Rail gauges that have been made to order or merchandise that have been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We do not refund the original shipping and handling fee that you paid on the order.
Can I exchange items?
Yes, we’re happy to organise this for UK orders.
If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative please email us with details of the new item you would like and we will arrange this.
If you place an order by mistake and wish to cancel, you should contact us on the above telephone number as soon as possible. We will endeavour to cancel your order from our system and refund your full amount. If your order has already been processed and sent we will not be able to cancel your order. The customer can return the order to the above address and the refund will be issued once the order has been returned. Postage costs will not be refunded.
If any item you receive arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible on 01332 867704 or by email firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then advise you on the best course of action.
In most cases we will ask you to return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
Please do not return a damaged order to us without contacting us first.
Return postage costs outside of the United Kingdom will be paid for by the customer.
Christmas returns policy
Any item purchased between Nov 15th until December 21st will be accepted back for refund or exchange up until January 15th.
